A student of the Presidential School in Khiva wins a grant from Xavier University

A student of the Presidential School in Khiva, Qodirbek Otaev, won a grant from Xavier University, which will give him the opportunity to study at one of the leading US universities.

The grant amount is US$88,000. Xavier University was founded in 1831. The university is located in Cincinnati (Ohio, USA). The university is one of the leading universities in the United States. Xavier University is ranked 330th in the Times Higher Education rankings.

- I am very glad that I won a grant from Xavier University. This was unexpected news for me. All this is the result of attention to youth in our country. I express my gratitude to everyone who supported me. I hope that my classmates will also become students of leading universities in the coming days, Qodirbek Otaev said.

- The main task of our school is to prepare the necessary personnel for our new Uzbekistan. Based on this task, our team raised our students for the noble goal of creating the foundation of the third Renaissance. We hope that all our students, like Qodirbek Otaev, will become successful people in the future, Rufat Aminov, director of the Presidential School in Khiva, said.
