A press secretary - head of the public relations and media department of the Agency for Development of Presidential, Creative and Specialized Schools under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan has been appointed.
In accordance with the conclusion of the Agency of Information and Mass Communications under the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Anvar Abrardjanovich Umarov was appointed to this position.
The press secretary is also an advisor to the director of the Agency for Development of Presidential, Creative and Specialized Schools on information policy.
Anvar Abrardjanovich Umarov was born in 1982 in Tashkent. In 2003, he graduated from the Uzbek State University of World Languages (the Department of International Journalism).
From 2002-2016, he worked in various positions in media outlets. In 2016-2020, he worked in the press services of educational institutions. In particular, he headed the press service of the Ministry of Public Education of Uzbekistan.
