As we know, in March 2019, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan put forward five important initiatives. These include the wide involvement of young people in culture, arts and sports, the formation of their skills in the proper use of modern information technologies, the development of a culture of reading, and the employment of women.
The fourth initiative is to raise the morale of young people, including the promotion of reading.
In particular, in the 4th issue of the children's and youth newspaper "Tong yulduzi" was published a poem by Gulmira Ravshanbekova, a 9th grade pupil of the Creativity School named after Ogahiy, entitled "Piece of my heart."
At the same time, a number of measures are being taken to create the necessary conditions for the second initiative - physical training and sports for young people to demonstrate their abilities.
In particular, Farhod Alikulov, a 9th grade pupil of the Creativity School named after Abdulla Qodiri, competed in the Pencak Silat sports tournament in Tashkent in the weight category of 78+ kg and was awarded a 1st degree Diploma.
These achievements of the pupils can be encouragement for other pupils too and brings good results of the future of the country.
