Apply for work visa

If you have already received an Employment Contract from the Human Resources department of presidential school of Uzbekistan, please follow the next steps to prepare your visa application package to enter and work in Uzbekistan:

How to apply

  1. Download and fill out the application forms
  2. Gather supporting documents listed in the document checklist
  3. Sign, date and scan the forms
  4. Follow the instructions provided in document checklist
  5. Send your visa application package with supporting documents to visa@piima.uz

Application package

After you apply

  1. We will review your documents and let you know if any information is missing
  2. You will receive an email with a confirmation of receipt of your documents, and your visa application will be submitted to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan in Tashkent for further processing
  3. You will receive a confirmation of application submission
  4. Once your application is approved, you will be advised to book your flight and send us flight details so that we can meet you at the airport accordingly

Visa processing 

Please note that at the Agency we do not have the authority to grant you a visa of any kind. We only assist to apply and advise our employees in this matter. Please note that the final decision on all visa applications rest with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan.

Your arrival

Your actual visa will be issued at the International Airport of Islam Karimov in Tashkent city. You need to present the same traveling passport to the immigration officer, which you submitted earlier with your application to our Agency.  Our Agency will take care of your transfer from the airport to your designated place of stay. In 3 days after your arrival, one of our staff will request your travel passport in order to register your presence at the district where you will be residing during your authorized stay in Uzbekistan. You will also need to submit us a photocopy of your visa, so that we could track the validity of your visa and apply for extension of your stay (if required) in a timely manner.
