The Oxiana Fellows Incubator program is expected to begin in February 2021. The program will be attended by students of the 9-10th grades of Presidential, creative and specialized schools. Participants will be required to set aside five hours of their time to work with the Oxiana Fellows Incubator program. They will take part in online conferences once a week.

- 2021 has been declared in Uzbekistan as the Year of Support for Youth and Health Promotion. The head of Uzbekistan set the task of supporting young people in realizing their potential and ideas. I think that the new initiative of Oxiana Fellows Incubator will help our children achieve their goals and become good people and specialists in the future, the director of the Agency Khilola Umarova said.

As a reminder, the Agency for Development of Presidential, Creative and Specialized Schools has launched a new project to support graduate students of subordinate educational institutions.

The project was developed jointly with the agency ‘s experts, Anna Rasulova and Alisher Saydalikhodjaev.

The project is aimed at developing the skills and knowledge of students of the Agency ‘s subordinate schools through mentoring and exchange of experience with successful compatriots with deep professional experience.

The project will consist of several components: personal development, admission advice to universities, incubation and acceleration of student projects, a school exchange program, etc.

As part of the first component, the mentors involved will help young people understand themselves and learn to identify their interests and strengths. Students learn to find intrinsic motivation and set personal goals. At the first stage, the project will be implemented in the Presidential Schools.
