Today, December 10, Otabek Akbarov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Italy visiting the Agency for Presidential Educational Institutions got acquainted with the activities of the Agency and discussed issues of bilateral cooperation.
The embassy also provided books in English to the Presidential schools in Namangan and Jizzakh.
The same day, it was held a video conference with Pierfranchesco Torrizi, vice-president of the Italian NGO Global Action. It provided information on the activities of the Global Action Organization and discussed mutually beneficial projects.
For information, Global Action develops international educational programs for pupils in the fields of diplomacy, the United Nations and sustainable development.The main project of the organization is the Diplomacy Education curriculum.
