On September 10, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a videoconference on the issues of training potential personnel in the field of information technology and systematic work with talented youth. Along with a number of tasks, the personal responsibility of foreign ambassadors for the effective operation of the Presidential schools, introduction of best foreign practices was determined.
In this regard, on December 22, the Agency for Presidential Educational Institutions hosted a meeting with the Heads of diplomatic missions of the Republic of Uzbekistan abroad.

First, the representatives of the Agency conducted a campus tour around the Specialized School of Information Technology named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi. The guests got acquainted with the activities of the school and the conditions created there.
This was followed by a presentation on the activities of the Agency and the educational institutions under the Agency.
At the end of the meeting, the sides discussed the perspectives of cooperation between the Agency and the Heads of diplomatic missions of the Republic of Uzbekistan abroad.
