PIIMA and Cambridge Assesment International Education to continue bilateral cooperation

The Agency for Development of Presidential, Creative and Specialized Schools under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan (PIIMA) will continue cooperation with Cambridge Assesment International Education (UK) in improving the educational process in Presidential schools.

PIIMA and Cambridge Assesment International Education signed a cooperation agreement for the 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 academic years.

As part of the signed document, Cambridge Assesment International Education will ensure the objectivity of the selection of talented children and entrance examinations to Presidential schools.

Teachers play an important role in ensuring the quality of education. Within the framework of bilateral cooperation, it is planned to organize professional development trainings for local and foreign teachers.

Also, Cambridge Assesment International Education will provide services for the improvement of Presidential schools and the development of school management.

It should be noted that cooperation with Cambridge Assesment International Education was established in 2019 as part of the creation of Presidential schools and the organization of the educational process in them.

In 2019, representatives of Cambridge Assesment International Education organized and ensured the fairness of entrance exams to Presidential schools in Nukus, Khiva, Namangan and Tashkent.

In August 2019, the British organization held seminars for teachers of Presidential schools on the teaching process and quality assurance in education.
