The Agency for Development of Presidential, Creative and Specialized Schools (PIIMA) under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan presented a mobile application dedicated to the great writer and thinker Alisher Navoi.
The presentation of the mobile application took place at the Specialized School named after Al-Khwarizmiy as part of the cultural and educational event dedicated to the 580th anniversary of Alisher Navoi.
The new mobile application was developed with the participation of students from specialized and creative schools under the Agency for Development of Presidential, Creative and Specialized Schools.
The app contains the creative works of Alisher Navoi in Uzbek, English, French, German, Persian and Arabic. The app has also been translated into these languages. Users of the mobile application also have the opportunity to listen to the works of Alisher Navoi in audio format.
In the application, each user has his own personal account, where the user can store and use offline gazelles, rubais and stories of their choice. At the moment, there are more than 100 gazelles and rubais in the application.
The mobile application will soon appear in the AppStore and Google Play Market. Users will be able to use the mobile application for free. Until that time, the mobile application can be downloaded from the website https://alishernavoiy.uz/ from 9 February 2021.
Also, within the framework of the event, students of the Specialized School named after Al-Khorazmiy presented a mobile game "Pupil of Alisher Navoi".
The game is intended for students in grades 1 and 2 and tests the students’ knowledge about the life and work of Alisher Navoi. Pupils must walk to the house of Alisher Navoi. On the way, they will answer questions. If the student answers the question correctly, he or she continues his or her path.
In the artistic part of the event, students of the Agency’s subordinate schools read samples from the works of Alisher Navoi. Then scenes dedicated to the life and work of Alisher Navoi were presented to the all participants of the event.
The event was attended by well-known Navoi scholars, teachers and students of the subordinate schools of the Agency for Development of Presidential, Creative and Specialized Schools.
Speaking about the study of Alisher Navoi’s creativity, lyric works, prose and scientific heritage, it was noted that his life and creative activity play an important role in the upbringing of the younger generation and for many years have served as a center of education.
