Today, 6th of September, Entrance Exams to the New Uzbekistan University were held under the Agency for Presidential Educational Institutions.
The exam lasted 3 hours and was conducted in English.
Steve King, Cambridge Assessment General Education Advisor, participated in the exam process:
«Entrance exams to the New Uzbekistan University are held in cooperation with the Cambridge Assessment. The questions are based on school textbooks accordance with international standards. The level of difficulty of the questions is high and this will motivate the university to select the most talented young people. The answer sheet will be reviewed by the Cambridge Assessment. The results are expected to be announced by the end of September".
