Issues of active participation of girls in international competitions were discussed

Director of the Agency for Development of Presidential, Creative and Specialized Schools Hilola Umarova held a meeting with female students of subordinate schools in Tashkent to discuss the participation of girls in international competitions.

Students of the schools named after Abu Ali ibn Sino, Muhammad al-Khorazmiy and Mirzo Ulugbek took part in this meeting. The participants of the event discussed the participation of girls in the international Technovation competition, as well as in other contests and competitions.

As part of the event, participants of the various competitions shared their experience of participating in such competitions and developing their projects.

In particular, members of the Science of Happiness team of the Presidential School in Tashkent and Origami team of the Muhammad al-Khorazmii School spoke about their projects with which they took part in international competitions, their experience of working in a team and with mentors, as well as implementing ideas into reality.

In addition, the participants of the event watched a video presentation about the mobile application of the “Generation Z” team. This team took part in the final “Technovation” event in the USA.

At the end of the meeting, special prizes were awarded to students who correctly answered the questions of the competition quiz.

The Agency for Development of Presidential, Creative and Specialized Schools supports and encourages the participation of girls in various contests and competitions. The agency will encourage the participation of female students of subordinate schools in international projects.
