Director of the Agency for the Development of Presidential, Creative and Specialized Schools (PIIMA) Khilola Umarova took part in the first Women Leadership Forum: Uzbekistan 2020 on 26 November 2020.
The forum was held from 25 to 26 November 2020. The event was organized within the framework of the cooperation program between the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government Leaders Program under the Office of the Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates.
The purpose of the forum was a comprehensive discussion of topical problems of ensuring gender equality in the world and the development of their optimal solutions, increasing the activity of women in state, economic and business management, developing the leadership and leadership abilities of women, etc.
Khilola Umarova took part in the session "New generation of young women leaders" of the Women Leadership Forum: Uzbekistan 2020.
In her speech, the head of PIIMA shared her experience in developing cooperation and partnerships, as well as her opinion on the role of modern technologies in ensuring gender equality.
PIIMA Director Khilola Umarova, noting about the growing number of women leaders in Uzbekistan, called on women to be active and believe in themselves, as well as to take advantage of the opportunities, provided by the state.
